Pipeline regularly serviced our Radiator System at our previous home which we sold recently. When we purchased our new home recently (100 year old villa) the first thing we invested in was a new gas fired water radiator system. While there are cheaper (but inferior) heating options available with heat pumps etc, once you have had a radiator system (or have lived overseas with one) you can't live without it; silent, reasonably economical, warms whole house, radiant heat rather than fan blown. Feels like summer all year! Given our previous trouble free relationship with Pipeline we knew they would do they would do a professional job and treat our home with respect. The install all went to plan (even with our low subfloor area) with no damage at all to the interior finishings. The pre & after sales service was/is also very good/clear. This has completely transformed our house, people comment on how natural the heat feels (like sun on your back when sitting near a window). My Australian wife has even stopped complaining about the Wellington weather...for now!

We're very pleased with our heating system and are actually looking forward to winter so that with the colder days we can actually use the radiators! But what's set Pipeline apart has been the excellent communication, great team, and top notch customer service. I'd say it's the best we've encountered from any group of tradesmen yet. From the start, appointments were made and a suggested installation date given. Punctuality and professionalism seemed to be the key issues. When it came to the installation, having tradespeople in your home can be quite onerous but Miles and Gaven were considerate, polite, friendly and prepared to explain what they were doing at all times. In fact they were a pleasure to have around and seemed more like family. Together with your electrician the standard of workmanship was some of the highest that we have seen in this country.

We recently decided to install radiator central heating, and after obtaining various quotes and ideas on the installation decided to contract "Pipeline" to carry out the installation.

At our initial meeting Carl impressed us with his knowledge and suggestions on the most efficient system for our house. The written quote arrived by courier promptly and outlined all our options clearly, which Carl was happy to go over. On signing the contract the installation date was arranged and 'the Pipeline team' arrived. They were very respectful of our property and courteous to have around, explaining each process as it was undertaken. A portion of our carpet and floorboards required lifting to install piping and following installation the team arranged a carpet layer who made a perfect job. The radiators and external pipes were installed in a very neat and professional manner especially to the more difficult locations in the house. We were delighted with the high standard of installation, the timeframe, the care taken with the property and the polite and professional manner of the team. We would recommend "Pipeline" to anyone thinking of installing radiators into their home.

I had been thinking about installing gas central heating in my rural Carterton home for a number of years and sought a number of proposals and quotes through the summer of 2013.

I was put in touch with Carl at Pipeline by chance and was impressed with his knowledge of gas central heating systems, his speedy response to my enquiry and his very competitive quote. This was in marked contrast to some of the other businesses I had approached, where I was offered cheaper non European radiators & boilers and in one case the quote took eight weeks to arrive.

The installation by the Pipeline team was very quick and easy, just two days and my house was left spotless. The follow up service on the odd occasion that I have had a query about the system has been superb and I would thoroughly recommend Carl and his Pipeline team to anyone considering installing a central heating system in their home.

Winter 2013 was by far the most comfortable that I have spent in 10 years living in New Zealand, my home is now warm and welcoming. Installing central heating through Pipeline, definitely one of the best home living decision that I have made.

This is the second house we've had this type of central heating installed (radiators) and not only does it keep the house warm throughout but it has made a significant reduction to our energy bills - which is a real bonus. One of our concerns was that the radiators would make a bit of statement visually which we didn't want but no-one really notices we have them, except for the warmth. Installing central heating in our house was a huge decision for us as it was not an insignificant financial investment. We appreciated the time that Carl spent outside office hours talking us through our queries. Even throughout installation, the team was friendly and considerate and made the installation process a breeze considering the amount of work they have had to do to. We've had our system in place for nearly a year and we absolutely love it. How we managed to live without central heating before baffles me. It's especially beneficial since we have two young children. We can leave the doors open, there's no dangerous hot element that we need to protect our kids from, there is no fan blowing about, and the bill is not horrendous. Thoroughly recommend central heating and especially the Pipeline team.
