Is your Pipeline system not working? We stand by our work no matter what day or time it is. If you need us to visit your home we will, its part of our service and we won't charge you for an after hours callout.

And if your system wasn't installed by us but you can't get hold of the person who did the install ( tisk tisk ) let us know and we can contact you during our business hours!

After Hours Policy

It is Pipeline's policy to have a service technician visit your home within 24 to 36 hours of first being notified of any issues that aren't able to be rectified via email or phone.

When is our after hours help line available?

Monday - Friday

We are available from 4pm to 8pm.

Weekends and public holidays

We are available from 10am to 4pm.



What assistance can I expect?

Our after hours assistance is via email or the link below.

Most issues can be solved via email advice, once you email you will be asked a series of questions and given technical advice.

If a visit is required we will visit your home within 36 hours.
