Our after hours service is by email only and if we can't get you up and running via email we will arrange for a technician to visit your home within 48 hours.

And if your system wasn't installed by us but you can't get hold of the person who did the install ( tisk tisk ) let us know and we can contact you during our business hours.

It is Pipeline's policy to have a service technician visit your home within 48 hours of first being notified of any issues that aren't able to be rectified via email or phone.

Weekends and public holidays

What assistance can I expect?

Most issues can be solved via email advice, once you email you will be asked a series of questions and given technical advice.
