Emergency Support Outside Normal Business Hours
Pipeline provides after-hours support for existing clients experiencing urgent heating system issues outside standard business hours.
If your system has stopped working, is leaking, or you have a safety concern, please follow the steps below so we can respond as efficiently as possible.
** Our afterhours help email is not monitored; all help is via an automated response email that most of the time will remedy your issue. This email address is checked each business day morning.
✅ Step 1 – Submit Your Request
Please submit your after-hours request using our web form or by email.
⏱️ Step 2 – Automatic Response & Troubleshooting
Once your request is received, you will automatically receive an email with simple troubleshooting steps that resolve many common issues.
Please review and follow the instructions in the email before requesting further assistance.
📞 Step 3 – Urgent Safety Issues Only
If you believe there is an immediate safety risk (gas smell, electrical fault, active large volume water leak), please:
- Turn off the system if safe to do so
- Contact emergency services or your utility provider immediately
Do not wait for an email response in a safety emergency.
