I could not recommend the team at pipeline highly enough. They had a bit of a tricky install to work with, but Carl and the team took it all in their stride and gave really great advice to help us make informed decisions.

We used Pipeline to install our gas central heating in June 2017 and we couldn't have asked for better service. Prior to the installation the Pipeline team gave us all the detail we needed, and worked out the heater sizes that we'd need in each room (which were all spot on). During the install the workers were lovely, they kept everything tidy, and they were happy to explain everything that they were doing to my very curious 3 year old. We couldn't be happier with our central heating - we are actually looking forward to winter this year so that we can enjoy our wonderful warm house! Would happily recommend pipeline to anyone!

I obtained two quotes for radiator central heating in 2018. Prices were similar, but the difference in professionalism was clear. Pipeline’s quote was well-prepared, clearly presented, and followed up with a detailed courier pack, while the other was error-filled and hard to read. From the start, Pipeline gave us complete confidence.

The installation in October 2018 was smooth and well-organized. Floors were protected, staff were courteous, and everything was completed with minimal disruption. Pipes were neatly concealed, and the whole process ran like clockwork.
