2025/2026 Christmas afterhours process


Our team are having a well deserved break from 3pm Monday 22nd of December and will return on Monday the 12th of January @ 8:30am.


Our team will perodically (once or twice a day between 10am & 2pm)  be checking our afterhours email during our annual closedown period and will respond to you if our auto help reply will not remedy your issues.


Please note: this email address will not be checked on 25th and 26th  and 31st of December and 1st and 2nd of January.

What assistance can I expect?


From 30th August 2024 our after hours help email is no longer staffed or monitored.


We will touch base with you on the next working day to follow up, we have a number of urgent appointments during the week to visit you if a visit is required. 


A range of assistance is available via an automatic reply that will give you remedy's to a good portion of potential problems.


This email address will be checked each business day morning and you will receive a call from our technician to ensure that you are either up and running or if you require a technician to visit your home.
