Pipeline was started out of a love for hydronic heating we started in 2007 as a one man band and over the last 15 years we have grown and shared our passion with 1000's of clients in the Wellington area.
All of our process and techniques have been developed for us, by us, and have been fine tuned over the last 15 years. We aren't afraid to keep up with the times. All of our staff are up-skilled on a regular basis.
We have seen many other hydronic heating companies come and go in our 15 years here in Wellington and our service team look after many of these installations done by other companies, Companies who no longer operate and have left their clients without any future support or companies who just want to install heating systems and not maintain them.

With our current staff having over 50 years experience in these types of systems, we offer full support to our clients from the time we first visit your home right through to taking care of the annual servicing of your system. We have a tight knit staff who all work towards giving you the best service possible.

- Fully trained installers. All of our guys have undergone hands on training in installations on Radiator and Underfloor Central heating
- Design Team. Our design and sales team will aim to have a proposal for your heating system to you within 3 working days. These guys know what they are doing when it comes to heating homes.
- Servicing and Fault finding. We are the guys who find and fix any problems without hassles. We service and fault find most types of heating boilers. Our Service technician has over 25 years experience in the UK and NZ. We are the only Wellington company who has a dedicated service technician.
- After hours and Weekend technical support. If you have any issues at all there is someone on hand to help.
- Comprehensive annual servicing. We have a database of all of our clients and reminders are sent every year to remind our clients to service their boiler so that it is in tip top condition.
- We have a true passion for warm water central heating, this is what we love doing!
